Pikake is the Hawaiian name for Jasmine - Princess Kaiulani, the last princess of the Hawaiian Kingdom, was said to adore her jasmine plants where her peacocks would roam. Pikake is the Hawaiianized word for peacock, and has become the name for jasmine in Hawaii.

Due to Jasmine’s high cost, many pikake-scented products on the market are not made from pure jasmine. These synthetically made scents disrupt our hormones, which is the exact opposite of what natural jasmine oil can do! Because we are not willing to compromise on quality, we only use jasmine oil that has been thoroughly tested to make sure it includes nothing else but the flower itself.
